How the Referral Works (Simple & Compliant)
Step 1 – Introduction: When a client is thinking about, or needs, PMI you introduce us — usually via email — with their contact details and preferred method of contact.
Step 2 – We take it from there: We handle the fact find, research, compliance and advice. Everything is FCA-aligned and our advice is guaranteed through WPA.
Step 3 – Immediate needs: Some advisers prefer to have their own personal booking link to our calendar, so they can book a meeting for their client in real-time. We’re happy to provide this.
Step 4 – Trust: If we ever feel WPA isn’t the right fit, we’ll say so. Protecting your client’s trust protects yours.
Step 5 – Ongoing care: For clients who do become WPA members, we treat the relationship as long-term. We check in throughout the year and review benefit levels at renewal to ensure the policy continues to fit their needs and budget.
