FAYTH Health was inspired by our personal experience as WPA customers and the way we were able to look after our family when we needed it most. Most prominently, it has been inspired by Jo’s mum.
Thanks to WPA, our family was able to take back control and expedite diagnosis and treatment on our terms. Doing this didn’t just help reduce the fear and anxiety that can come with the unknown, it helped us relieve pressure on the public system so there’s a better chance of the NHS still being around for future family generations when we really need it for acute medical accidents and emergencies.

Before founding FAYTH Health, Steve worked alongside Joanna, providing strategic and tactical support to businesses across the UK and Ireland. With over 25 years of experience helping businesses grow in various sectors, he brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Outside of work, Steve is passionate about martial arts, personal development, nature and spending quality time with family and friends. His dedication to family, health, and growth shapes both his professional and personal life.
Joanna Fay - Founder and Director
Jo is committed to providing the level of healthcare she wants for herself and her family. She is always striving to truly understand clients' needs to ensure they receive the best guidance and the right products and services. Her dedication to provide exceptional healthcare was inspired by her experience as a WPA customer and the quality of care her family received when they needed it most. In addition to running FAYTH Health, Jo also manages her own consultancy business, specialising in sustainable change and coaching for both groups and individuals. Jo enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and indulging in the occasional spa day.
